House Rules

Rental House Towada （Towada Vacation Rentals Downtown）(hereinafter referred to as "this facility") has established the following house rules to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests.

Arrival and Departure

✅ Check-in: After 16:00 (self check-in available)
✅ Check-out: By 10:00 (self check-out)

*Please be punctual. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us in advance.

About Reservations and Cancellations

  • Same-day and next-day reservations are not accepted.

  • Our standard plan is a 5-night stay.

  • Please note that we do not accept short-term stays of one or two nights.

  • Cancellation Policy:

  • If you cancel a reservation for a consecutive-night stay, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the basic accommodation fee for all reserved nights, starting from the first day of your stay.

  • 7 to 2 days before check-in: 40%

  • The day before check-in: 50%

  • Same-day cancellation / No-show: 100%

Payment

  • Please pay the accommodation fee in cash or by credit card at check-in.

  • Any additional charges for services used must be settled by the specified due date.

Facility Use Guidelines

  • Shoes are not allowed indoors. Please change into slippers at the entrance.

  • BBQs and bonfires are only allowed in designated areas (summer only).

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, including electronic cigarettes. Please smoke in designated areas outdoors.

  • Please use the facility for the guests and number of people who have made the reservation (registered). Accommodation by anyone other than the guest who made the reservation, or use or stay by a different number of people is prohibited.

  • Please lock the doors whenever you leave the facility during your stay.

  • No cleaning or linen changes will be provided during your stay.

Noise and Manners

  • Please be quiet after 10:00 p.m.

  • Loud music and noise are prohibited.

  • Fireworks (both launched and handheld) are prohibited.

  • Entry onto neighboring properties or outside the premises is not allowed.

About the Kitchen

  • Please clean and tidy up the kitchen after use.

  • Always turn off the induction cooktop after use.

  • If you use a dishwasher, use special detergent.

Bathroom and Laundry

  • Please finish using the washing machine and dryer by 10 PM.

  • Never flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.

  • In winter, we may ask you to run water at night to prevent the  pipes from freezing.

Furniture and Equipment

  • Please handle the furniture, appliances, bedding, and other items with care. If any of them are damaged or soiled, please notify us immediately.

Pets

  • Be sure to dispose of pet waste.

  • Do not allow pets on the furniture or beds.

About Garbage Separation

  • Please separate the garbage into categories (burnable trash, PET bottles, cans, bottles).

  • Please put the separated garbage in the garbage cans at the back entrance. Please let us know when the trash cans are full and we will collect them.

  • We will provide the first garbage bag. For additional bags, please purchase them at a nearby convenience store or supermarket.

Requests When Moving Out

  • Please wash any dishes you have used and return them to their original place.

  • Before leaving, please check to ensure that you have not left anything behind.
